Customer terms

Third-party platforms

When you connect an account with another company, such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, QuickBooks or Xero, you authorise us to act on that account for you, within what you ask us to do. That company’s own terms and policies also apply to your use of its service, and you are responsible for keeping to them. You can revoke our access at any time, in your Onshore Systems settings or on the other company’s own site. We do not ask for or store clinical or health information through any connection. See Connected accounts in our privacy notice.

Our customer terms are being finalised and will be published here. They are shown in full, with the version and date, before you place any order.
