  1. Step 1: We start from your own website

    We read your current site and keep what makes it yours: your name, colours, logo, services, areas and facts. We never make up a fact about your business.

  2. Step 2: We build you a better one

    We rewrite the wording so it is clear and easy to read, lay it out properly for phones and computers, and build it to help local people find you.

  3. Step 3: You check it, then it goes live

    You look over every page and ask for changes. Nothing goes live until you approve it, and you keep your own domain name.

  4. Step 4: We run it and add what you need

    We host it and keep it working. When you want more, such as quotes, invoices or links to your booking system, we add them.

    Customers pay by card from your online shop or from the pay link on an invoice, a quote or a deposit request. The money goes into your own Stripe account, and the payment lands against the right invoice with a receipt sent for you.

  • Link to your accountingIncluded

    We link Xero or QuickBooks Online, whichever you use. Your invoices, payments, credit notes and refunds carry across without retyping, and bank statements are matched for you. Sage and FreeAgent are coming soon.

    Dictate or type notes and attach photos from site. It drafts a quote from your own price book for you to check, approve and send. Reminders go to the client, they view the quote in their portal and can leave comments, and you are alerted to opportunities you missed while you were busy.

Paid extras, ongoing and monthly, clearly separate from the core package. Where an extra uses AI, there is a clear included allowance, and extra usage is priced if you go over it.

    Personal emails such as "back in stock", "we have not heard from you in six months" and "last year we did your hedges, it is that time again". You approve them.

    We take care of your posting, and we link into your ad accounts, watch the results and adjust the campaigns. We are waiting for Meta and Google to approve our connections.

    A finder for the local buyers for your trade, with letters and emails you approve before they go, and tender alerts where they apply. Available for tree surgeons and landscapers; other trades on request.

  • Phone answering and an out-of-hours assistantComing soon

    Calls and website chat answered when you are busy or closed. The assistant checks who is asking before it shares anything.

Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?

No. We do all the setup for you, including the connections, and there are no setup fees, no hidden costs and no hidden extras. The price for each trade is on the pricing page.

Can I add or remove parts later?

Yes. You can add or remove parts any time as your business grows.

What does it cost?

Your first month is free. After that you pay the price for your trade, monthly or yearly, as shown on the pricing page. Where a trade says Price on request, ask us and we will tell you.

Do I need to give card details to start?

Yes. We save your card when you start, but nothing is charged until day 30. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Which businesses is it for?

Tree surgeons, landscapers, physiotherapy practices, dental practices, child care centres, plumbers and heating engineers, and roofers. Tree surgery has the most trade tools today. Removals and delivery and builders are Coming soon, and you can join the waiting list. If yours is not listed, ask us.

You sent me a sample of my website. What is it?

It is a sample we built from your own website, to show what yours could look like. It is private to you: nothing is live and nothing has changed on your current site. If you like it, reply to the email or use the contact form. If you would rather we took it down, the sample has a link to ask for that.

Do I have to be good with computers?

No. We do the setup and look after the platform for you, and you check your website before it goes live.

Who builds my website?

We do, from your own website and details, and we host it for you. You check it and approve it before it goes live.

Can I keep my own domain name?

Yes. We give you plain instructions for pointing your domain at the new site. We never ask for your domain registrar password.

What happens to my information if I leave?

We export all of it to you first. Then we delete it, keeping only what the law says we must, such as invoices.

Is everything on this site ready to use?

Parts marked Included are available today. Parts marked Coming soon are not ready yet, and we do not give dates.
