  1. Plain privacy and data deletion pages

Our privacy page now says, for each service you can connect, what we access and why, and that we never sell it. There is also a page to ask for your data to be deleted.

  2. Live free times from Jane App, or a Book button to your own system

A clinic that uses Jane App can show its free times live on its own website; with Cliniko, TM3 or another booking system, a Book button goes straight to it. Patients book on the clinic's own system, so we see no patient details.

  3. A finder for local work, and tender alerts

Tree surgeons and landscapers can find the local organisations that hire their trade and write to them by letter or email they have read and approved first, with anyone who says stop never contacted again. Tender alerts for council and public work come with it. Physios can add it as an option to find local referrers.

  4. Card payments into your own Stripe account

Each business takes card payments into its own Stripe account, from its online shop and from the pay link on an invoice. The money goes straight to you, and the payment is recorded against the invoice.

  5. Any calendar, kept in step both ways

Link the calendar you already use, whether it is Google, Apple or Outlook, and your jobs, visits and bookings are kept in step with Google Calendar, Apple iCloud and Outlook (Microsoft 365) in both directions.

  6. A back office for child care centres

Behind a centre's website now sits the running of the centre: tours and the waitlist, rosters checked against ratios with the wage cost, a time clock with timesheets for payroll, visitor and contractor sign-in by QR poster, an excursion planner, menus with allergens, a families library and newsletters. We keep no child records: a child's details stay in the centre's own childcare software.

  7. Policies, risk assessments and safety checks for tree surgeons, landscapers and clinics

A starting set of policies, risk assessment templates and safety checks for each trade, in plain words, for you to adopt and edit, with your team's read-and-sign and a reminder when a review is due.

  8. Online booking for clinics

A clinic with no booking system can now take bookings on its own website: its appointment types, times and prices, with a confirmation and a reminder. We hold the appointments and contact details for the clinic, under a written agreement, and never medical records, clinical notes or anything else about a patient's health. Clinics that use Jane App or a similar system keep their own Book now link.

  9. Every email your system sends is yours to edit

The emails that go to your customers, your team and your suppliers are now in one list in your back office, and anyone on your team with access can change the wording. Sign-in and security emails stay fixed.

  10. Price calculators and quick quotes on your website

Visitors can work out a rough price from your own rates, and the quick quote arrives with their enquiry and in the reply they get. No price shows on your website until you have set your rates.

  11. Three website styles, one for each kind of business

Bold for tree surgeons and landscapers, Friendly for child care centres and Minimal for physio clinics. Your own colours, logo and words stay yours whichever style you have.

  12. Leaving is simple, and you take everything with you

From your account you can download your website as files that work anywhere, with your pages, pictures, customers, quotes and invoices. You can ask to cancel in a few clicks, your website stays up until the end of the paid period, and your domain is always yours.

  13. Your old web addresses keep working

When your new website goes live, each address on your old site is sent to the matching new page. A person checks the list before it is switched on, so links people saved still work.

  14. Landscapers and garden services can now join

Landscaping is our fourth trade. A landscaper's website gets a page for each kind of work they do, from design and build to paving, fencing, lawns and maintenance, a quote request form, and their own before-and-after photos side by side.
