For early learning and child care centres
A website families can find their way around.
We rebuild your centre's website from your own: your rooms, programs, philosophy and contact details, written clearly and easy to use on a phone. Families can book a tour from any page. Behind it sits a back office for the running of the centre: tours and the waitlist, rosters, the time clock, visitor sign-in, excursions and menus. We keep no child records. No setup fees, and your first month is free.
Your free first month starts when you join: we save your card, but nothing is charged until day 30, and you can cancel before then.
A day in the work
How it helps, day to day
A parent compares centres on their phone
They see your rooms, programs and opening hours clearly, and can ask for a tour in a couple of taps.
A family wants a place
They join the waitlist for a room and a start month, and you offer a place by email when one comes up. The enrolment form stays in the childcare software you already use.
Monday's roster
You build the week's roster and see straight away where a room is short on ratios, and what the week costs in wages.
A contractor arrives at the door
They scan the QR poster, sign in on their own phone and sign out when they leave. Everyone can see who is on site.
You have news for families
A newsletter drafts itself from this fortnight's menu, room news and your dates, ready for you to edit and send.
What you get
Made for child care centres
For early learning and child care centres, from single centres to small groups.
A better website, built from your ownIncluded
Your centre's name, colours, logo and facts, rewritten so families can find what they need.
Rooms and programsIncluded
A clear page for each room and program you run.
Enquiries and tour requestsIncluded
Families can enquire or book a tour from any page, at the tour times you set, and every request is emailed to you.
Waitlist and enrolment linksIncluded
A waitlist by room and start month, or links to the waitlist, enrolment and family app you already use, so nothing changes for your families.
Rosters and the time clockIncluded
Rosters checked against your ratios as you build them, staff clocking in on their own phones, and timesheets ready for payroll.
The running of the centreIncluded

Families library and newslettersIncluded
One page for families with your menus, newsletters, guides and handbook, and newsletters drafted from what the centre already knows.

We keep no child records. A child's details stay in your own childcare software, and our tools work with rooms, counts and dates.
Policies and complianceComing soon
Your policies kept current, with your team's read-and-sign and a check of where the centre stands. We are having them reviewed before we offer them.
Lead generationComing soon
Marketing that helps more local families hear about your centre.
